I mailed a package from USPS to China on 4/8/2016 by Priority Mail CX262291785US. The latest tracking they have is that it was processed through a facility in China on 4/14/2016 and is on transit. However, the package was not delivered to the recipient. When they called China post they said to that the package was still in customs. Why is it still in customs? it should have reached the recipient a week ago. Who can they call to get a clear answer about where the package is and have it delivered to them? this is the second attempt to mail to china and it has not delivered.

1. I guest USPS made a bou bou with your parcel, or somebody like the description of the parcel and cancelled the tracking number on USPS.

4. I suspect strongly that the parcel you gave to USPS is lost or was stolen.

5. I guest you have a receipt of USPS for sending the parcel, just claim the value of the parcel.

3. You could ask USPS to do an investigation about your parcel because recipient is telling you that he has not received the parcel.
