Need help please! I shipped 2 packages from Vermont to China USPS First class on 1/22/16. Tracking shows they arrived at customs in Jamaica, NY on 1/26/16, and the trail ends there. The recipients claim they never received the packages. How can I know they are being truthful? They both declined insurance.
The tracking #s are LK128932852US & LK192749563US
any help would be greatly appreciated..

your parcel numbers are USPS 1st class parcel. China Post treat it like a regular letter - no scan such parcel and no update of delivery status. So you can not verify your seller's words no matter the parcel is actually delivered or not.

Next time, you should use USPS register mail (parcel number starting with R and ending with US) and never decline insurance.

In the post office they can to check in system if i have any letters or parcels for my address?? You said its like simple mail, so if nobody home when postman came and he bring it back to the office, than how i can get it? I will come to post office and they even cant to look if anyting have for me by address?

Ask seller contact China Post Hangzhou office and try to pickup the parcel

I don't know what type of service you sent the parcel to China but on USPS it is stating this:
USPS Tracking™ is unavailable for this product for CHINA.

China Post by phone number （+86）11185 (Chinese Mandarin language ONLY). or e-mail at [email protected]

Your parcel can not be track in US and in China.

Hope for you that the recipient of the parcel to China get it.
