Thanks! I used the USPS first mail international. I didn't know that it doesn't have a tracking number, so I am really worried now.

I have been waiting for a package to arrive from USA, USPS first class number LC721373165US and it's been almost two mobths (sent on February 20th). Can you please help? Who can I contact to check where it is?

you can not track USPS 1st class mail after it left USA.

Normally such parcel will arrive China in one month. if over one month and your receiver does not get the parcel. You should consider the parcel is lost.

USPS Tracking Number : LJ516366175US
Your item departed our USPS facility in SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94128 on March 31, 2016 at 8:53 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

Hello and thanks for this helpful site. Can you help me with tracking of USPS registered mail package?
LN392678156US departed USPS facility Los Angeles on 2/6/16. USPS said they cannot help me any further, and merchant in China has not yet received the product, which was returned for refund.

Also I seen that you did insured the parcel:
First Class Package International Service Parcel Insur.:no Room 502 6th Floor, Xili Nan Road Shiqiao Panyu, Guangzhou China Used Device For Repair Value: $ 30.00

Because the seller is telling you he did not received the parcel, I guest you can possibly open a claim at USPS.

Hello!

The company I sent my ring back to be fixed says that it has not been received and on tracking it said that it was processed through the city of the company but it still has not arrived at the store. I do not know whether to report as lost or wait longer to see if it will arrive.

The last entry I could find in tracking is this one:

2016-04-06 15:57:21.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

1. Was your parcel sent registered mailed? Does somebody in China has to sign for it?
2. Did the company you sent the parcel tried to call, Origin Country - China Post: 86 20 11185
3. You could ask USPS to inquired about your parcel because your are the sender.

I ordered something off eBay and got this tracking number: LK839881824CN. It hasn't updated for 11 days, but gave me an odd track even then (Chinese Customs). I've ordered from China before (usually Aliexpress), but never had a tracking where it gave me Chinese Customs. Would anyone know of the status of my purchase?
