Post HELP!! USPS package to China Post tracking

New Topic

I mailed a package on December 26, 2013 from Colorado to China. USPS tracking number LC219901775US. The party I mailed it to says they still haven't received it. USPS says they cannot help me. Their tracking shows the package left Los Angeles to China on December 30, 2013. They say from there they have no way to track and I should talk to China Post. Can anyone tell me how to track this package. I am waiting for a refund that I can't get until this package gets delivered. I would appreciate any help as to how to track this.

China Post has no record about this parcel No. LC219901775US. It has never reached China Customs.

Thank you for checking. I have just sent another correspondence to USPS telling them that and asked them to check to see what paperwork they have, if any, showing the transfer from Los Angeles to China Post. I will let you know. I have another package to send to the same vendor, but I am afraid of this happening again. Is this a common problem?

I shipped a package to China through USPS First Class International. The tracking shows it departed USPS Sorting Facility in Los Angeles, CA on April 14, 2014 and it is now May 1, 2014 and the store still has not received it. The package is my wedding dress that is getting altered, so I am in a bit of a hurry to track this package down.

If you are returning something to vendor for refund, some bad seller might intentionally reject the parcel or even give you wrong return address to avoid refund. In both cases, you can only contact seller and tell them if they don't give you solution, you will leave bad feedback which will downgrade their shop level.

this ePacket parcel LC505000709US is in USPS system now. You should contact USPS which is the delivery agent for ePacket. If USPS can not give you a reasonable response, it should be consider as lost. You have contact seller to compensate you money.
