LC185941089US has not arrived china. you should contact USPS and ask why the parcel is delayed.

I sent a package to China on 9/10/14 and the person has said they have still not received it.

LC593514168US has not arrived China yet. You should contact USPS and file an investigation. It might be lost in USA.

PLEASE HELP!! I am expecting a package from Shenzhen, CP288266479CN, which states unsuccessful delivery. Can someone help me find my package, and explain what is wrong, what needs to be done. Thank you.

CP288266479CN was returned to shipper but failed delivery. You will NOT get the parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS ". This means the shipper did NOT even give the parcel to USPS. In other words, the parcel has never been shipped.

Thanks. The shipper is Staples who is saying USPS did not scan the parcel. The package left the shipper already.
