USPS.COM does not show any info about LC356537005US, i believe your parcel might be lost by USPS renton office.

This forum is so helpful. I mailed a package from Santa Clara, CA to Shenzhen, China on August 5th, the custom number is LC126358549US. My friend hasn't received the package for 20 days. Could you help to check? Thank you!

Thank you, LC126358549US has not arrived China yet, does that mean my package was lost? Can I say that USPS lost my package, and ask them to compensate? They didn't inform me to buy insurance and tracking number for my package, do you know how to handle this situation? Your advice is very appreciated.

If you want know whether LC126358549US is lost or not, you'd better go to the USPS office and file an official investigation. They will help you to find the parcel, and compensate you if they can not find it. If you did not buy insurance, I think they should have some general compensation rule. Contact USPS and ask them.

For future shipments, tracking is available for this country through Priority Mail International with some exclusions, Priority Mail Express International or Global Express Guaranteed® services. PLEASE HELP! MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED UNTIL NOW (SEPT 17, 2014)?!
"Your item was processed through a facility in CHINA on August 13, 2014 at 10:21 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

May I ask what is taking so long for the package that my friend sent (CW975057140US) to me to be screened?

Please advice how I can get this package?

I tracked thru this site the CW975057140US and it is in Guangzhou for more than 1 month as of today. see below...

I sent out a package through USPS on 9/2 to china mainland and they didn't receive it yet.
