If I were you, I will open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

As per my experience., your parcel status showed "reject" status on Nov 2 and after that , it becomes looping in Guangzhou. As per my experience, this looping status often means bad news: your parcel either to be rejected or discarded. To protect your money, you should open dispute asap.

Anyway, this is just my suggestion based on my personal experience. If you want, you can keep waiting and talking with your seller and see what happens.

If I'm not mistaken it has been rejected by the safety check of the Airline or Safety Check at the Airport just before it boarded the Aircraft.

1. Seller will be able to tell you why the parcel was rejected. Here we don't work for china Post.

2. Seller could call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to get explanation about your parcel or he will find out when he receive the parcel.
