3. Singapore Post or China Post has nothing to do with your parcel when it arrive in your country it's Emirates Post the culprit. You should talk to then, they are the one returning the parcel for apparently Mail not claimed.

4. Maybe Emirates Post does not understand your address or there is something wrong in your address. I don't know but you need to call them to find out what is wrong.

im being told by emirates post that all 13 of my orders from Ali express with be returned to china since I included my business physical address and the PO BOX, is this true has anyone had this problem with Emirates Post. they are not very helpful and have already returned two parcels after they arrived in Dubai and have my clear address and contact number on them.

very frustrated, is there any way around this?

unfortunately there is no China Post contact person in U.A.E for china post small packet plus. The parcel will be delivered by U.A.E Post, but they will not reply you anything about such parcel.

Now is rush season, shipping time from china to U.A.E might take 40 to 50 days, you need some more patient.

also make sure you have p.o box number in delivery address. Any parcel without P.O box number will be rejected by U.A.E post without any notice.
