My parcel has been shipped on 2016-12-26 with ePacket from China to USA. The last information was posted in 2016-12-28. Could you please, help with the finding of this parcel?

I see you're not the only one who is waiting for parcel which was sent out in december... 😐

And from my point of view it's quite ironical that my first parcel which was shipped out on 20.12.16 is still travelling around the world(to Estonia) while my second parcel which was shipped on 02.01.17 arrived 17 days later in the early hours of 19th january...

Hi! My parcel hasn't moved for 12 days, am I just being impatient? Its destination is UK and the tracking number is RD371420790CN. I hope I'm not being too much of a bother!

1. If you look at what I said to you, I mention it can take between 30 to 60 days to be deliver to you. So far your parcel (71745695810) has been on the road for only 33 days. Maybe you should wait another at least 3 full weeks before you ask the seller to do anything.

2. Just make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcel.

Yes, you informed me well. And the ONLY thing I was trying to achieve is to get ANY information/confirmation from the seller that he sent the item that I payed for.

And regarding the buyer's protection, I hope you're referring to eBay-PayPal official "safety" policy because other than paying through PayPal, I haven't really took any safety precaution for that kind of money (40$) since THEY ARE COVERING any straightforward dispute claims (item not received or wrong/different/damaged item) like the one I had in past.

I've 2 expeditions Sent from china to italy shipped on december, one of them was delivered today while the other package result still in China, why? They have the same tracking's info until left china, now one was arrived while the other not update.

it is very common for the delay. Too many parcels shipped in Dec. some are still under processing.

From http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php, you can see RL256142844CN left China on Dec 28, but it traveled about 2 months and arrived Milan on Feb 24. Then it traveled another 3 weeks in Italy and finally delivered today.
The other parcel should be delayed in some airport between China and Italy. It should arrive Italy soon.
