2. So far every parcels going to Bulgaria are having some problem. You are not the first person complaining about parcel not arriving in your country. I suspect there is not enough person working in the Bulgarian Customs Office.

3. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country. You may want to check this for Bulgaria:

4. Now what needs to happen is Bulgaria Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

2. In Australia, they do not track any Register mail but the do get a signature. This is what happen when I track the parcel:
