Post Missing a package.

Hi,

I was suppose to receive one package from China in USA with Tracking Number : LK715567162CN

I guess due to some mistake in pin code the package has returned to china. I wanted to check if this package is still in USA location and if I could pick it up.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel is in USPS office in SEATTLE, WA 98107 . You should go to that post office and pickup the parcel immediately. Otherwise it will be returned to china.

I received an email stating my package was delivered today, but I did not receive anything, can you please tell me where it is? Tracking number is LS368021894CN

your parcel is ePacket. http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows it was delivered to your mailbox. If you can not find it, contact your local USPS in FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33324

I spoke to USPS they do not have that package anymore. Is there any way I can correct my address and get it again from china post I am ready to pay whatever shipping cost it will be

if USPS can not help you, the parcel should have been returned to china. You can not change the address if USPS don't help you to redirect the parcel. Remember, China Post parcel is delivered by USPS in USA. All delivery rules are based on USPS policy.

I have usps Grobal Priority tracking# LN806998502US sent out from Los Angeles on Aug 26, 2016, but still not received by my customer after one month, can anyone help?

You should contact China EMS or USPS for the whereabouts of this package, I can't track it on China EMS or ChinaPost...

Trying to give you answers when I can get it. :p

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes you need to wait up to 10 days before a parcel get register into the china Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then your need to contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
