Apparently my package was delivered on 9 September and was even signed for but I haven't received anything and I didn't sign for anything. I have no idea where my package is. Can anyone help?

1. Would that be what you are taking about:
Printed name: MAKWANA
Date: 09 September 2016, 09:15am

2. If by any chances that is not your name, then their might be a possibility that the seller gave you the wrong tracking number for your parcel.

3. If that is your name, then look at this from Royal mail site:

Latest update: Delivered to your address or a neighbour
Your item with reference AG022900289CN was delivered from our PORTSMOUTH Delivery Office on 09/09/16 .
Thank you for using our Royal Mail Signed For™ service

4. Maybe one of your neighbor sign for the parcel and forgot to tell you about it. Maybe someone in your household sign for it and forgot to tell you.

5. You might want to go to the Royal mail Post Office and talk to the supervisor about your parcel. It seems to be a very funny signature.

Yes that is what I am talking about and it is my name.
The problem seems to lie with the Royal Mail as I just found out the postman left the parcel lying outside by the door unattended without any notice which may explain the funny signature. This means the parcel may have been stolen.

Can't find my parcel from Berry stock coming the Namibia, Africa, left China on the 19th of December, tracking number is RU807037435CN. Please help

Unfortunately, delivery time to Namibia is very slow -- 60-75 days on average -- and there won't be any tracking updates during this time. The parcel's status can't be updated until it reaches Namibia and the receiving postal service scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned to shipper. you can not get it anymore.

you should open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.
