Post Electronic Data Received meaning?

So my tracking number is RS618227430CN and every time I try to track where my package is, all it displays is that Electronic Data Received on the 12th of May, 2017. What does this mean? It's been almost 3 weeks but I have not received any further information where my package is. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.
