Hello admin
i have purchased a small bluetooth earphone (500pcs) and it gives no update for tracking information for 50 day,,, and unfortunately i buy from suspectious seller, who don't respond to my emails
what can i do ,,please help

shipping to canada might take up to 90 days. if your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection. If seller does not response, open dispute for refund.

but it should come to Saudi Arabia and when i checked it and find that the destination is to canada ,i asked the supplier and he told me don't worry i will reach me.
is it possible ,,or he is a scamer?

RS578904166CN is shipped to Canada not Saudi. You might be scammed. open dispute asap.

but i can't contact the seller (he didn't respond to my emails) is there is any way to contact with china post and ensure about the package destination and the name to whom it will reach?

You can not ask China Post who is the receiver of the parcel. You can track destination country in http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php

If you purchased from marketplace such as ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you no need to contact seller. You can directly open dispute and ask refund from marketplace.

What type of payment did you use? If you use any credit cards (CC), contact the CC center, explain to them what has happened, and ask for a full refund (or counter charge, IIRC).
