AFAICT, that is a real tracking number shipped to a real address in Canada (not Saudi). In this case, the seller sounded trying to scam the buyer with a valid tracking number. This had happened to me a lot of time when buying products from eBay. Of course, I did get all my money back from eBay who acts as an escrow agent between a buyer and a seller.

i used western union in payment...and i have the MTCN of it with the name of that person---could it be useful?
