3. Since Sep 2016 every parcel arriving in Vancouver is taking 21 days or so to be scan by Canada Post. I don't know the reason behind that. Maybe it's the Canadian Customs that can only inspect so many parcels a day or lack of staff.
4. Every Canadian so far that had E Packet going to Vancouver are suffering from that. Your 21 days has ended yesterday the 03 Nov. I had only one person that took 19 days before the first scan of Canada Post.
5. When the first scan is done, then it goes to Customs Office, then go back to Canada Post for delivery.
