the parcel has not arrived india post system yet. normally the parcel will take about 4 weeks from china to india, you need some patient.

Normally if you can not get the goods in 2 months, it should be lost. Open dispute to seller asap.

RT289398595HK is Hong Kong Post and they have been always faster than China post air mail.
