1. The parcel is On Route/In Transit to you. To know exactly where the parcel is, somebody needs to scan the parcel. If no scanning we don't know where the parcel is.

2. There is no GPS attach to your parcel so we can not follow it. Just be patient and wait for your parcel.

3. If you feel that your parcel is lost or misplace, then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

4. It's the busiest time of the year right now for any National Mail Office in the World so definitely mail will be slow.

2. According to the above tracking your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country India. Now it's up to India Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

Why is this going Kolkata? The address of the parcel is Mumbai.

1. If I'm not mistaken all parcels from China end up in the KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE. After that it's dispatch to wherever in India.

RL243593880CN - This is my tracking number and i have ordered it on 26th October 2016. right now the message shows this. When can I expect my package? I hope its not lost in transit. Its more than 35 days now.

now is rush season, shipping time to india might take 30 to 60 days. if your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection. If seller can not extend the protection, open dispute.
