Hello forum members,

I have one problem with a package RB833970945CN.
The destination of package is US but I have seen in the tracking system showed destination country to GB (Great Britain).
Could somebody advise how to check if it is the wrong input data from post office or the package has been wrongly sent to GB instead of US?

I need to check this urgently as the customer will be mad if I tell that the package has been wrongly sent and he/she needs to wait another 4 weeks for new package.

RB833970945CN is going to UK not USA. You should contact seller and make sure he/she gave you correct number.

I have the same problem with my package, RB525571665CN it should go to GR not MZ. could we change this or what I have to do??

your seller shipped the parcel to wrong address or gave you wrong number. you should contact seller for refund.
