74890983300057783572 , that is the tracking number that was provided. Honestly, if I would of known it was being delivered from China, I would of NEVER placed the order due to the lengthly delivery time

74890983300057783572 is not china post tracking number. It looks like USPS tracking number(Ship from USA).

Probably the seller gave you the tracking number from when the package is given to usps, see if you can get the China post number

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU879838342CN is invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
