Hello. I ordered a wish package on august 12, it shipped agust 13 or 14, now it is august 24 and the last movement on the wish app is august 17, departed airline. On aftership, it says my package is in customs. On other websites, it says my package is still in china. Where is it really?

85465873105 is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china pot ordinary parcel might take 4 to 8 weeks to reach your country.

YT1835090005801365 is not from china post. It is YunExpress which is a slow private company. You might need wait 5 to 8 weeks to get the goods.

I ordered a package from wish as well that says Wishpost order generated. Customer service assured me 5 times that it is definitely shipped and on the way. My number is WI00068837002SH can anyone find any info for me? Thank you.

WI00068837002SH is fake number. You should open dispute to WISH for refund.
