Hello, my tracking number is BJ14804217828463 and the last bit of information that I am given is this: "Transit Center, left hand navigation--02-Dec-2016 10:26 AM". Today is 08 Dec 2016 and I still have no idea what that means and I have not been given any further information on the status of my order. Do you think that it will arrive before 25 December 2016? I live in America. PLEASE HELP!!

1. You can track your parcel here:

2. It means that the parcel was given to the airline to be ship in America. I suspect possibly that will be the end of the tracking for your parcel.

3. Now what is going to happen to your parcel. When it arrive in USA, your parcel will be scan by USPS and given to US Customs for clearance and then given back to USPS for delivery. You will not be able to track your parcel in USA.

4. Will you receive the parcel before X Mass, I really would like to say to you yes, but I can not do that because you and I don't know how much time the USPS is going to take to process your parcel. It might be fast and it might be slow. But I surely would like you to receive the parcel before X Mass.

Thank you for your reply! As of now, further information regarding my parcel on the tracking website that you provided has been given: "UNITED STATES , the transfer of customs-- 10-Dec-2016 02:06 PM"

The original website that led me to this directory and tracking system, DressLily, claimed that my package should be here narrowly before Christmas, so let us hope that their claims are accurate.
