Post Will my package arrive before its too late?

Hi, I bought an item from a seller and I need it before a town festival that will be around Apr 16-17th or so. I want to know if the item will arrive at my house on time for me to take it to the faire, or whether I should plan around going without it? It says it's gone to air mail, but I want to know estimated final delivery date.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows EE936061054CN was just shipped today. Normally you need wait 10 to 15 days to get the parcel in US.
