My package #CY286302346DE has been in customs since 15. November 2024. Why is it not being delivered?

CY286302346DE arrived in Beijing on Nov 18 and is currently awaiting customs clearance at Customs.

Did the sender forget to include the recipient's mobile number on the package? China Post needs to send a verification code SMS to the recipient so they can use the app to declare customs. If the recipient hasn't received the SMS, please ask them to call the local customs brokerage in Beijing at 010-64743034/64566270 for assistance.

There's also a possibility that the recipient doesn't want these packages at all. This often happens when the packages are returns from online purchases. Some unscrupulous sellers refuse to accept returns to avoid refunds. If this is the case, unfortunately, China Post cannot help you with this. You'll need to contact the online shopping platform (Amazon, AliExpress, PayPal, etc.) to file a complaint against the seller.
