i have checked the tracking for my parcel and it says 'delivery failed'. what does this mean? my tracking number is LZ640002995CN

Australia post website shows the parcel is in RICHMOND VIC, Awaiting Collection at RICHMOND EAST LPO.

You need go to your local post office RICHMOND EAST LPO and pickup the parcel asap.
