I ordered my package April 14th, and my package was shipped April 21st, but when I enter in my tracking number, it says โ€œno tracking results available.โ€ Is there anyway I can know where my package is currently?

My item was sent back to china due to address issues. the company does not respond to my email and the phone number does not work. The online company was called Transcend based in china. What should I do?

if you paid to paypal, you can open dispute for non-arrival order refund.
