It was booked on 2 April, it has been sent to kolkata Airport sorting office on 9th April, but after tht there is no updated information regarding my package, so need information, nd also want to know how to file complaint regarding it

I ordered a few things a few weeks ago. And still have not received ny package. The tracking number LS979483528CN just tells me it has left chinapost and is in the us

Hello, I ordered two dresses through Sylishplus on 24 March 2018. Your tracking website shows that the goods are at Shanghai Departure Export Customs dated 14 April 2018. Can you please investigate and advise me when I can expect my parcel to be delivered to Australia
