This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.

Which website did you place the order? If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud asap.
