I ordered a package from Mallknow almost 1 month ago (August 17th 2018) and it said it would be here within 2 weeks of ordering but it's not here yet. The tracking website (17track and Parcel Monitor) says it was on flight CZ329 to Vancouver on August 23rd but ever since then I have received no update.

UP206782875CN is China Post ordinary small parcel. It is very very very very slow parcel. Shipping time to Canada can take 3 to 4 months. Your seller obviously gave you misleading arrival info. You should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for compensation.
