My order was sent from Shenzhen on May 14th. It went back May 18th, it was opened and dismantled and the mutual seal was paid. Since then I have not updated the tracking. I think the order never left Shenzhen, because the order was opened twice. Did the customs distrust the legality of the order. Was it a fake?
It has been 44 days since the alleged shipment. This situation is normal? 44 days without info tracking? I think it was either stolen, diverted or stayed in Shenzen.
The tracking number is: RY108520755CN

I dont understand why chinapostvolunteer responds to posts and not others. Are some more important than others?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY108520755CN shows RY108520755CN was returned by Shenzhen customs. Not sure the reason of reject. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
