Post Where is the item I shipped?

I mailed a package from Shanghai to friends in Michigan back on January 27. The tracking number (RB476070166CN) that I was given doesn't seem to work and my friends have not received the package yet. Please help me with locating this as it has almost been 4 weeks.

is there any liquid or battery inside the parcel? if yes, it might problem to pass security check, if no, then just wait one or two more weeks, it should arrive USA then.
