Hello, I ordered a 2 week product from Fokuslife online and got a tracking number a few days after that but a week and a half later and I can not find anything on my shipment. Can anyone help me to know if and when it will be like this. Thank you, I can not get the answer LZ469579378CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ469579378CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.
