My package has been I route since April 29. It is now may, 22. I have talked to the people who sent items out and they said that they have talked to ems. And they said it was stuck in a corner or forgot about in the corner of warehouse and is on the way now. But status on tracking still hasn't changed and its been another week. I jus t want to know exactly what's going on with my package or a refund. My tracking number is EE925898589CN all it says is post is preparing shipment. Please help me.
