Post Where is my Parcel??

Tracking number: EA317238897CN

I ordered some goods from China and my status both on EMS and USPS has not been updated in some time. Do I have anything to worry about or should I just be patient for the package to arrive? I’m sure someone on this forum has experience. What steps would you take to find my parcel?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows EA317238897CN left China for JFK airport on Nov 11. Now is rush season, JFK import processing is very slow. you need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get it cleared from US customs. please be patient.

Do I have anything to worry about in regards to this package? Should it be here within 4 weeks?

your parcel is still in normal time frame. If you can not get it by Dec 11, then you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.
