RU141034939NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

Netherlands Post website shows The item has arrived in the country of destination. This means the parcel now is in the hand of Indonesia Post, you need contact your local Indonesia Post office for local delivery detail.
