Post Where is my package???

I have tried to track my package to no avail. I received a email saying that if I have not gotten my package by the end of the week contact that person back an they will refund my money.. I don't know how true this is.
I just want to know where my package is!!!!!
The tracking number is LY011584722CN
I just want some help tracking my package!!!!

USPS shows the parcel status as "ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), Processed Through Facility, Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 5:19 pm on April 23, 2018."

It is waiting customs clearance and sorting in Chicago. you will get it very soon.

normally 2 to 3 business days. For accurate delivery schedule, you should call USPS.
