2017-11-09 17:42:15.0 shipping notice received from seller(WISH邮平台)

Can you give me more info on this parcel? As you can see the date it's been quiet a while since I ordered it.

"shipping notice received from seller" means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post but never shipped anything. It is fraud.

You should open dispute to WISH and claim refund against scam.
