I was wondering if I’d be able to find out where my package is? It was ordered at the start of January with the order number being 08076706354. I’ve been told it’s on it’s way to the new airport or seaport but that was the 12/1/2018. Could I possibly have another update?

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
