http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Aug 16. since there is no direct flight from china to Haiti, parcel might need transit many times and take 40 to 90 days to reach Haiti.

After china post register mail left china, none will scan and update the parcel status anymore. So you can not know where it is now. Just be patient and wait ,it will arrive sooner or later.
