I ordered a product on Amazon.com and it seems to be stuck in China. The seller shipped it on January 22nd and it's been showing preparing for shipment since January 23rd. I'm not sure if the seller has been making excuses or just incompetent. I need help to try and resolve this. The tracking number is LS510654045CN

http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php?code=LS510654045CN shows the parcel was heading to New York JFK airport on Jan 27. it should meet some problem either in airline warehouse or US customs warehouse. Occasionally such problem will happen in holiday season(Chinese New year).

I suggest you wait one more week and see if you can get the goods. If not, open dispute to Amazon and claim refund.
