http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel in 福州 customs for over 2 weeks. It might be delayed 2 possible reasons:
1) waiting for shipping space 2)the parcel was rejected by safety officer.

You can wait 2 more weeks and track again. If it is still in 福州, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

Where is my package? It should be delivered the past week but if I try to follow the traking number just says that is in Mexico until Nov 21th. The traking number is RO619253334CN.

Mexico post website shows the parcel now is in Administración Postal Basílica Zapopan, Jal., Con mensajero para entrega, you should contact Mexico Post for delivery detail.
