I am really losing my patience with this order I will not be using this again nor recommending it to my friends and family!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 5. It is waiting for flight space from china to USA. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.

So I shall have my package by Aug 2nd if not then I need to take the next step. I don’t play with my money so somebody going to be tracking down this package

I am trying to get to the bottom of this and find out something cause when i order a product I expect to be able to track it properly or have a customer service number or something. If I find out anything I will most definitely post it! Hang in there!

Ok so quick update I been doing some research and for anyone that order July 2nd and they send you an shipping email out on the 5th of July. Your order shall have an update in the tracking system between the 16th and 19th because it takes 7- 10 days to work through the process. So the system can’t update the tracking information each step it goes through. Let’s keep in touch about any updates on here and I will keep working to get more answers. Keep your head up everyone
