so I ordered a part from a seller on ebay I got a tracking number and is supposed to come to USA but when I look it up it says its going to austriala
about 20 people bought the item after sales and money paid item was deleted so I do have a case open with paypal for this reason. so im trying to figure out if this is actually coming to me or not

Open dispute to ebay/paypal asap.

what will the estimated delivery time be to that country as that is whats going to be asked next

UM888197602CN is a very cheap parcel. China Post will not scan it anymore. We only know it is going to Australia not USA. you can not know its future delivery status.

As you are in USA, its delivery status in Australia has nothing to do with you. You just need open dispute to ebay/paypal and claim refund because you can not get this parcel.
