Post Where is my package and when is it going to het here?

I ordered a Jersey from http://www.officialauthenticsnba.com for my girlfriend for Christmas. I ordered it on the 28th of November. And I received My tracking info on the 17th of December The tracking number is LT598042156CN. It says on the website it would be here in 7-10 days. Now it is the January 1st. It says the package is processed through facility Shanghai EMS , China and its been there since the 19th. Im very worried can anyone tell me when and where my package is at? I highly doubt its been in Shanghai since the 19th.

1. This is the full tracking of your parcel from the China Post EMS site:

2016-12-18 00: 00: 00.0 19:31:00 The bulk of the courier office to send and receive.

2016-12-18 00: 00: 00.0 21:39:00 Courier Delivery Departure Processing Center for Shanghai Post Express Logistics

2016-12-18 00: 00: 00.0 21:41:29 Courier delivery department to leave the processing center, sent to Shanghai

2016-12-18 00: 00: 00.0 21:53:11 Shanghai arrival processing center, from the bulk delivery office

2016-12-19 00: 00: 00.0 00:04:47 Shanghai to leave the processing center, sent to USORDF = ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

2. On the web site about the delivery was it 7 to 10 working days !!!!!!

3. E Packet to USA in very good condition can take between 9 to 21 days. Right now you parcel is still in the Holiday Season turmoil.

4. Parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver. Your should contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and see what they can do for you.

On the website it says "Ordinary the parcel will be delivery in 5-7 workdays during all the post process."

1. Then you need to complaint to the seller. Seller can right down whatever they want on their site to attract business.

2. I have seen E Packet deliver is USA in 9 days, average 15 to 23 days and even 43 days.

3. Do what you have to do, it's your parcel and your money.
