Hi,

I am expecting the following 3 packages, can you let me know what's the status of shipment on them and when can I expect them?

LY745486860CN
LY736947435CN
LY991232589CN

http://track-chinapost.com/starteub.php shows these parcels were just shipped, normally such epacket will arrive USA in 7 to 20 days.

Thank you so much. As per the tracker there's no shipping record for LY991232589CN. Can you please confirm the product has been actually shopped out to Canada?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY991232589CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

If you just got the number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Thank you, I will reach out to the seller. I am able to track LY745486860CN and it shows it has reached Chicago, however the shipment LY736947435CN was shipped from China before LY745486860CN, but LY736947435CN hasn't yet arrived. Can you please let me know if the tracker is up to date and where is LY736947435CN?

LY745486860CN is from Shanghai, LY736947435CN is from Hangzhou. Normally parcel from Shanghai is much faster than from Hangzhou.

You probably need wait one or two more weeks to get LY736947435CN .

Hi, the product LY745486860CN says it would be delivered by 01 oct but it’s not delivered (still shows it’s at Chicago Hub) Can you please let me know where it is and when can I expect delivery?

Also I reached out to seller of LY991232589CN and they mentioned product is sent. Can you confirm if you have received it? If not then I will raise a fraud claim against them

LY745486860CN should be delayed by USPS Chicago office. Normally it should be delivered by USPS in one week after arriving USA. You should contact USPS for delivery schedule.

LY991232589CN still has no shipping record. your seller is cheating.

USPS.com also shows your 2nd parcel LY736947435CN just arrived USPS ISC center in Chicago, it is a good news for you.

I suggest you wait one week to file fraud claim as now china is holiday. It is also possible that seller just gave the parcel to shipping agent, but shipping agent has not given to china post post warehouse which is closed until Oct 7.
