CT565367764CN is my tracking number when will I recieve my important documents in Romania how long does it take? Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CT565367764CN was shipped from Hangzhou to Romania on feb 13.

In the past 2 weeks, china was in chinese new year holiday. Now China is still experiencing coronavirus outbreak and companies are all closed to stop virus spreading. parcel will have serious delay. I believe you need wait at least 2 to 4 more weeks to get your parcel in Romania.
