Post When should I expect an update?

My package (RJ297882831CN) has been stuck on Export Customs Scan in Hangzhou since 12/19/14. Should I be concerned? When should I expect an update? It's just clothing so it shouldn't be on that list either. Thank you!

anything in this list http://track-chinapost.com/?p=650 ? if no, keep waiting until buyer protection is due. Otherwise open dispute and claim refund.
