RC084082823CN was received by china post on April 22. normally you should wait about 2 to 3 weeks to get the parcel.

My package, RC403161802CN, was received in Shanghai on April 19 and has been sitting in collection for almost 12 days now. Why do all these packages need to sit in collection so long before being sent to their destination?

two possible reasons:
1)the parcel has some safety problem and can not pass security scan.
2)lost
