Greetings,

Order UT926684655CN appeared to ship from China on January 13th, 2020 and appears to have arrived at a United States secondary processing center January 31, 2020, where it has been sitting ever since. Can anyone help get me the status and when it will be released?

If you have not got it, it must be lost. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.

is there any way to contact the regional sorting center in the US where it last was recorded? There must be contact information available from CHina Post as it was shipped by them to this facility.

this kind of parcel number starting with U is called china post ordinary small packet. It is an economical class which has no destination service for tracking and any inquiry. So you can not get any delivery or contact info for such parcel in USA.

As the parcel has been shipped for quite long time, I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund. This might be the only thing you can do for such kind non-arrival parcel.

Thank you for the information. The seller appears to have disappeared from the web so I guess I have been screwed by an unscrupulous seller. I will take it up with my credit card company.
