Post USPS, no update for past week. In Transit, Delayed status

Hello, I am confused on why my package hasn't updated in over a week. It made it to the USA and departed from USPS facility that isn't far from me but yet the status says: 'In Transit, Delayed.'

I have no idea what to do and why this happens. It processed through ISC two weeks ago and then processed through New jersey, and then lastly Pittsburgh and then 'in transit to destination' which isn't far from me at all. What gives?

it seems that the parcel was lost by USPS after Sep 17.
